According to the schedule and aiming at the CCIP`s requirement on our bee product quality control, Company specially invited Mr. Chen Guoping, the senior expert on product checkout and quarantine field,to deliver a speech on SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure)on Mar. 17, 2006.

On speech, Mr. Chen referred that there is a special relationship between him and Youither who almost grows together with him. In 1985, we were the first company to do the bee product checkout and quarantine and meanwhile it was also the first bee product checkout case Mr. Chen ever coped up to then. Zhejiang Province is a biggest apiculture base in China. With two decades development, the export scale of bee products has become a large one( nearly a half of total amount of the country), Mr. Chen gradually become a senior expert in this industry and Youither also become one of the leading enterprises among all of counterparts in native land.

The speech which is thought of being tedious and boring is completely changed under Mr. Chen¡¯s vivid expression and explanation. Not only did he state the necessity of strictly executing Sanitary Standard, but also declaring the resolution of our government in food sanitation quality control.

Mr. Chen spent most of time explaining the contents of SSOP and the indispensability of its complete execution, saying it would make sure of high bee product quality if all process can be under control from raw material to finish product. Our staff leant much and improved quality consciousness accordingly. He sincerely wish we could reinforce the relative work and set a good example.

The staffs taking part in this speech were from various departments, including QC, QA, MD, Supplying, Administration, Marketing, Sales, etc. General Manager, Mr. Zhang Zhendong also participated and even presided the lecture by himself. Quality is not only one department¡¯s matter. Only if all staffs take more attention, can product quality be ensured. And that is the case just as Mr. Zhang said ¡ª¡ª ¡°Product embodies your character, while quality is just the life.¡±
